DIVISION 1 – General Requirements

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
OptiNet® Demand Control Ventilation (DCV) System
Capture, sense and control… that's at the very heart of
the OptiNet system. This groundbreaking system captures
air samples from specific building locations and sends
these air samples to a centralized suite of sensors.
OPTINET
The OptiNet® patented system remotely takes air
samples throughout a building and sends them to the
centralized sensor suite. This constant measuring of
critical indoor environmental levels is the basis of
actionable information used by building ventilation
systems to adjust to changing conditions. This results in optimum energy efficiency and
increased Indoor Environmental Quality.
Bar-raising architecture
Capture, sense and control… that’s at the very heart of the OptiNet system. This
groundbreaking system captures air samples from specific building locations and sends these
air samples to a centralized suite of sensors. By using a single bank of high quality sensors,
the accuracy of the measurements increase while significantly lowering life cycle costs
associated with keeping the system accurately calibrated. The sensor data is routed to the
building ventilation controls to adjust ventilation rates based on “real time” information.
The issues of remote sensors solved
AirGenuity has solved the issues of traditional sensing systems by using centralized sensors.
Analyzing air samples with a single sensor generates a true differential measurement that
greatly increases system accuracy. That means higher quality sensors can be deployed to
measure more critical parameters that in turn reduces the number of sensors required. A
major benefit of this is the lowering of life cycle costs with our cost-effective scheduled
calibration service. As a result, you can rely on AirGenuity for accuracy and effectiveness…
now and for years to come.
OPTINET APPLICATION
With the OptiNet System from AirGenuity you don’t have to sacrifice occupant safety,
comfort or productivity to make your commercial facility’s ventilation more energy efficient.
AirGenuity’s smart, centralized suite of sensors can be set up for a wide variety of
applications and buildings.
OPTINET COMPONENTS
A wide range of a facility’s indoor environmental data is continuously being collected by the
OptiNet® system. First gathered from individual spaces and the air handler, air samples are
then sent to the Sensor Suite for analysis. Once analyzed, the results are communicated to
the Building Management System and airflow is adjusted to improve Indoor Environmental
Quality while reducing energy costs. In addition, the air sample data is also transmitted to the
web-based AirGenuity Knowledge Centre for archiving, review, and report generation.
OPTINET OPERATION
The OptiNet system provides “real time” monitoring and control of a facility’s ventilation by
the continuous collection of a variety of building environmental data. The Air Data Router
gathers air samples from different areas. These samples are then multiplexed through the
OptiNet network to be analyzed by the Sensor Suite. This analysis data is communicated to
your Building Management System, allowing you to control airflow that reduces energy costs
and improves Indoor Environmental Quality. It is also transmitted to the web-based
AirGenuity Knowledge Centre for archiving, review, and report generation.

Manager for resolution.
3.02 Preparation
A. Place Slopetame2 Units over prepared grades as shown on plans. Allow 25 mm (1.0") for
Slopetame2 unit thickness and “topsoil” fill to reach Final Grade.
3.03 Installation of Slopetame2 Units
A. Install the Slopetame2 units from the top of the slope to the bottom, by placing units with
rings facing up, and using small posts/holes provided along each edge to maintain proper
spacing and interlock the units. Crossbars on the product shall be installed to be in
opposition to the direction of primary water flow. Cutting can be performed with
pruning shears and knife. Units shall be anchored with Duckbill/rebar anchors across the
top of the mat (top of slope) and across the middle of the mat. If any part of a
Slopetame2 mat shall be covered by water (channel or pond surface), then the bottom and
leading edges exposed to water flow shall receive additional Duckbill/rebar anchors as
needed to prevent undercutting by water movement. Additional wire anchor pins shall be
spaced at one per square meter, or more as required to secure units in place and resist
sliding when filled. Tops of rings shall be flush, or slightly below the surface of adjacent
hard surfaces. Remove Slopetame2 product where existing trees, shrubs, rocks, or
similar elements will project above the surface, and secure cut edges with anchor pins.
B. Install “topsoil” into rings after the units are anchored by "up-dumping" from a Gradall,
or from buckets, taking care not to snag the mat with bucket edges or teeth. The
“topsoil” is then spread using stiff bristle brooms in an uphill direction to fill the rings,
with the finish grade no more than 6 mm (0.25") above top of rings. Do not allow

motorized equipment access over the Slopetame2 area during installation and
Establishment.
C. Identify locations of plant materials with root balls larger than 10 cm dia. (4”), remove
topsoil and Slopetame2 from an area two times (2x) the diameter of the root ball,
excavate hole large enough for the root ball, place new plant, and backfill with “topsoil”
material. Set the crown of the root ball and backfill material 12 mm (0.5”) below the top
of the adjacent rings. Place anchor pins into the Slopetame2 structure above and below
the hole for the new plant.
D. Install seeded vegetation by Hydro-seeding methods, incorporating an appropriate
cellulose type mulch material in the hydro-seeding mixture. This mixture shall have a
distinctive green color to visually show the distribution of the mixture on the slope.
3.04 Cleaning
A. Remove and replace segments of Slopetame2 units where nine or more adjacent rings are
broken or damaged, reinstalling as specified, with no visible evidence of replacement.
B. Perform cleaning during the installation of work and upon completion of the work.
Remove from the site all excess materials, debris, and equipment. Repair any damage to
adjacent materials and surfaces resulting from installation of this work.

DIVISION 3 – Concrete
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Cement is a binding agent that, when mixed with sand, stone or
other aggregates and water, produces either ready-
mix concrete or mortar.
PRODUCT PACKAGING: per sack
PRODUCT PREPARATION PROCEDURE:
In the wet process, the raw materials are mixed with water to
form slurry, which is fed into a kiln. Fuel costs are greater in the
wet process than in the dry process because the water that is
added to the raw materials to form slurry must be evaporated during the clinker
manufacturing process. The clinker is then cooled down, mixed with gypsum and fed in
specified proportions into a cement grinding mill where they are ground into an extremely
fine powder and mixed with grinding aids including admixtures (which control properties of
the concrete including plasticity, pumpability, freeze-thaw resistance, strength and setting
time) and other cement additives, which we produce or source from third parties, to produce
finished cement.
PRODUCT APPLICATION/INSTALLATION PROCEDURE:
Groundwork
Readymix Concrete should be laid on well compacted hardcore sub-base that has been
covered with a thin layer of sand and a layer of plastic sheeting. This prevents excessive
moisture loss from the concrete and acts as a damp proof membrane, when used in concrete
floors.
Estimating
You need, and obtain a “delivered price”, call your local sales office with details of the area to
be concreted and average thickness required. Other information e.g. slope, drainage and
accessibility may also be useful. Alternatively, you can calculate how much you need by using
Cemex concrete calculator
Clear site
Prepare the site carefully by removing stones and weeds plus a layer of top soil. Level off
bumps with a spade to create a flat surface
Formwork
This is the frame which will keep the concrete in place as it hardens. 25mm thick timber strips
are ideal. Nail them to wooden pegs driven into the ground at 1m intervals (on the outside of
the formwork). Lay plastic sheeting over the area, and weight with bricks or stones.
Setting a fall
Plan the slope to allow water to run off easily. Check the forms with a spirit level, and make
one side lower to allow drainage away from buildings. Normally allow about a 25mm drop for
a 1 metre run.
Joints
If the area you’re laying measures more than 4m in any direction, you’ll need to divide it into
sections. Also if it is less than 500mm wide, the length should be reduced to 3m. Lay joints of
softwood board about 10-12mm thick across the formwork, to the full depth of the slab, at
the required intervals. Support them with pegs that can be removed as each section is
completed. If your slab will adjoin an existing slab or building, make a joint between the two
with a strip of thick bituminous felt.
Spreading
Spread concrete between forms to a level 10mm to 15mm higher than the finished surface
Compact the concrete using a tamping beam
Levelling
With one person each end holding the tamping beam, lift approximately 100mm and then
drop into the concrete ensuring that each end of the beam is over the formwork
Level the concrete by ‘sawing’ the beam from side to side whilst advancing it slowly forward
Remove excess concrete with a rake/shovel
Level using rake to fill area 10-15mm higher than finished surface.
Compact with tamping beam.
Shuffle tamping beam from side to side to level.
Finishing
A tamped surface provides a rough low-slip finish suitable for drives, paths, external slabs
A wood or plastic float finish provides a smooth but textured low-slip finish suitable for paths,
garage and workshop floors
A steel float finish provides a very smooth finish suitable for house floors, ponds, etc.
A coarse brush finish is applied just prior to the concrete setting and is suitable for paths and
drives where a rough tamped surface may be unsightly.
PRODUCT DISPOSAL PROCEDURE:
Throwing away your old concrete is not a good idea. So what do you do with old and unused
concrete? What option will you choose to dispose of it?
Here are some concrete disposal options:
 If you’re lucky, you’ll have access to a pickup truck. If not, then hire one. Be careful
while loading; make sure that you do not overload the vehicle because it will make it
heavy, which will cause the vehicle to fail or strain the engine severely.
 You can consider contacting a building materials supply company- one who operate
large-scale operations along with a large fleet of a cement mixers or gravel-hauling
dump trucks- who may take your old concrete. Some of them do that free of charge,
hauling and unloading your concrete at their location.
 Another good idea to dispose of your old concrete is to put a “free” sign beside your
pile of concrete, which may catch the eye of some concrete-needing passerby.
Although it sounds unusual, it’s worth a try.

Cement - CEMEX
DIVISION 4 – Masonry
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Concrete Hollow Blocks (CHB), are one of the most
extensively used walling materials in the Philippines.
Some of the reasons for this is their relative low cost
when compared to other materials and speed of
installation by semi-skilled labourers. CHB walls are
very weak against lateral loads (pushing or pulling
forces from typhoon or earthquake). Adding steel
reinforcing bars vertically and horizontally inside the
CHBs can increase their resistance to lateral loads.
PRODUCT PACKAGING: Per piece
PRODUCT PREPARATION PROCEDURE:
Done in two different ways
By weight or volume. The most common method is by volume (e.g. using a bucket).
Mixture
For CHBs: Mix Proportion 1:7, as per structural engineer’s specification.
Water
Clean water should be used. Shall not exceed 28 litres per 40 kilograms per bag of cement,
slump test (as per ASTM C-143) shall not exceed 10cm, unless specified by a structural
engineer.
Common CHB mix
½ bucket of water, 1 bucket of cement, 7 buckets of sand.
Common mortar mix
1 bucket of water, 1 bucket of cement, 5 buckets of sand
Mixing time
If batch mixer is used, use accurate timing and measuring devices to operate as per
manufacturer’s instructions. Revolutions should be between 14 and 20 per minute.
Curing
After being removed from the mould, the CHBs should be covered with a plastic sheet or
tarpaulin and kept damp and shaded for at least 7 days in order to effectively cure. This can
be achieved by continually spraying them with water or keeping them under water in tanks.
A good curing process leads to less cracking and a stronger, harder, denser and more durable
concrete.
PRODUCT APPLICATION/INSTALLATION PROCEDURE:
All concrete hollow block will be carried out in accordance with the specification and
Project Quality Plan.
Handling and Storage of Materials
Blocks shall be delivered to site palletized, off loaded as near to the point of use
as practicable on a clean hard surface free from contamination by mud or surface
water.
Cement shall be stored off the ground, kept dry and used in order of delivery.
Store metal ties and straps under cover and protect them from damage and
distortion.
Preparation of Work, Materials and Components
When the materials and components are distributed to the work area, ensure that
the structure is not overloaded.
Plan for scaffolding material required for block work at heights. Plan for
additional manpower for lifting blocks at heights.
Set out anticipating the position of openings etc. in the work above to avoid
unnecessary cutting and adjustment of masonry units leading to incorrect or uneven
bonding.
Preparation of Mortar Mixes
Mortar shall be mixed by machine except for small quantities only (not
containing plasticizer). Hand mixing (if permitted) may be done on a watertight
platform.
Use mortars (other than retarded mortars) within 2 hours of mixing or as
specified.
Laying of Concrete Hollow Blocks
Spread the mortar along the corner
Use your trowel to spread a few slabs of mortar around the corner's base of the
footing. Spread the mortar 1" deep and 8" wide in the marked area. Continue to
spread the mortar to account for the distance of about three to four blocks.
Rebar should be on-place whenever laying is on-going.
Set the corner block
It is important to lay the corner block down first. Again, use a corner block if
they're available. Setting the corner first will ensure an even dispersal of the rest
of the blocks.
Apply mortar to the side
Apply mortar to each side of the concrete block using your trowel. You'll need to
apply at least an inch to each side. Once applied, position the block in the desired
location. Try to align the corner to the string set up earlier. Don't apply mortar to
outer edge of the corner. Try not to leave any gaps when applying mortar, or it’ll
weaken the bond between the blocks.
Continue to lay the concrete blocks
Start laying blocks from the corner or edge of the wall so you can work in one
direction. Apply mortar at the end of the block before you place the block
adjacent to it.
Check the Alignment
Before stacking more concrete blocks on top of your initial foundation, check if
everything is aligned. Use your mason's level by laying it on the first set of blocks.
Check both the outside and center section of the bricks. Tap the blocks for any
alignment adjustments while the mortar is still wet. Do not try to move a block
after the concrete has set. Measure the length and height every two or three
layers.
Apply mortar to the top
Place the mortar 1 inch (2.5 cm) deep and use the same width as the width of the
block. You can then spread the mortar so it covers the length of about 3 blocks in
the direction that you are laying the blocks.
Stack the blocks
Lay the block down on top so the edge of the top block aligns with the halfway
mark of the bottom block. You'll recognize the pattern as a standard among the
construction sites. The top block will fit in between two bottom blocks.
Add reinforcement
If you built high walls, consider adding reinforcements. You can also use
reinforcements if the ground pressure on the site is not stable. Place the 1/4"
reinforcement rods into the openings with the ends overlapping about 2" or 3"
PRODUCT DISPOSAL PROCEDURE:
Step 1
Sort your concrete blocks into two categories: those that can be reused and those that
cannot. Concrete blocks that are chipped or broken should not be reused for building, but
they can still be recycled.
Step 2
Locate green contractors near you through the Green Contractor Guide (see Resources). Call
matching local contractors to see if they need cinder or concrete blocks for building projects.
If someone wants the blocks, arrange to have them removed. In this way, you don't have to
transport the blocks in your car for recycling, and you save resources because the blocks can
be reused in their current state without being processed.
Step 3
Find recycling centers near you that accept concrete blocks by going to Earth 911 (see
Resources). Enter your city or zip code in the location blocks and type "Concrete" in the
search bar. Then call matching recycling centers to find out when they are open. Load the
concrete blocks into your car or truck and drive them to the recycling center. Dispose of all
broken or subpar blocks in this manner, along with concrete blocks you can't give to a
contractor.

DIVISION 6 - Wood, Plastics, Composites

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Sanded Plywood ( Murphy Plywood )
Sanded plywood is a structural plywood panel with face and
back plies that are sanded smooth in the manufacturing process.
The panels have three or more cross-laminated layers of wood
veneer, each layer consisting of one or more plies. Face plies are
B-grade or better veneer as defined in U.S. Product Standard PS
1-09 for Structural Plywood.
PRODUCT PACKAGING:
To order sanded plywood, designate the Performance Category,
APA trademark, grade, Group number, bond classification, dimensions, and number of
pieces. For example: Performance Category 3/4, APA A-C, Group 1, Exterior, 48" x 96", 100
pcs.
PRODUCT PREPARATION PROCEDURE:
The ease with which sanded plywood can be cut, drilled, routed, jointed, glued, fastened and
finished with ordinary tools and basic skills is another of its many advantages. Support panels
firmly with the best side up when hand sawing or when using a radial-arm or table saw. Cut
with the best side down when using a portable power saw. Plywood also can be die cut and
stitched. Performance Categories up to and including 3/8 can be die cut with little difficulty.
Some experience and specialized techniques are necessary to cut thicker panels. Grades with
a minimum of defects provide the smoothest cut and Exterior panels are preferred to
Exposure 1 panels. Fabric or plastic materials can be stitched to panels up to Performance
Category 3/8 with industrial sewing machines. Ultimate test values in excess of 100 pounds
per lineal inch have been achieved with fabrics stitched to plywood with Performance
Category 1/4.

PRODUCT APPLICATION/INSTALLATION PROCEDURE:

Construction APA sanded plywood finds numerous uses in both residential and
nonresidential construction, and for both new construction and remodeling projects. Typical
construction applications include soffits, stair treads and risers, cabinets and built-ins,
shelving, paneling, and accent panels. Sanded plywood, with special inner-ply construction
for resistance to indentation and punctures from concentrated loads, is ideal as an
underlayment base for thin resilient floor coverings and high performance floor or roof deck
coatings. Sanded plywood is widely used for paneling, accent walls, counter tops and fronts
and other interior applications in commercial structures. Easy to stain attractively, plywood in
these applications contributes the warmth and natural beauty of real wood while meeting
project cost constraints. Sanded plywood is an ideal choice for cabinets, built-ins, shelving
and similar applications for the same reasons – good looks and reasonable cost. Panels are
also commonly used as a backing for other finish materials in these and other applications.
For walls, for example, plywood serves as an excellent backing for wall coverings such as rare
hardwoods, vinyl surfaces and decorative fabrics.
Do-It-Yourself Applications
There are few materials more widely used or ideally suited for miscellaneous homeowner
and do-it-yourself applications than APA sanded plywood. The uses to which it can be put are
limited only by the imagination and woodworking skills of the user. Typical do-it-yourself
applications include workbenches, tool and toy boxes, desks and tables, other furniture of all
kinds, outdoor storage buildings, patio shelters, fences, and countless home repair and
maintenance projects.
Interior Applications
A wide variety of finishes are available for sanded plywood used in interior applications. The
most common are described below. Always use finishes formulated for wood and follow the
finish manufacturer’s recommendations for best results. For interior (and exterior)
applications, little or no sanding of the mill-sanded plywood surface is advised before
application of the finish, to avoid uneven highlighting of hard and soft grain areas on the
surface of the panels.
Exterior Applications
Sanded plywood is not recommended as an exterior siding on most buildings. However, it is
frequently used for soffits and miscellaneous other exterior uses. For these applications,
acrylic latex house paints are recommended. House paints require at least two coats, a
primer and topcoat. Primers are formulated specifically for controlled penetration, optimum
bonding to the substrate, and minimal extractive staining. Some acrylic latex systems use oil
or oil-alkyd primer followed by the acrylic latex topcoat. Other systems use one or two coats
of a stain-blocking acrylic latex primer and generally offer superior performance. In any case,
select companion products that are designed to be used together and preferably from the
same manufacturer. Two topcoats will provide significant improvement in the life and
performance of the finish.
PRODUCT DISPOSAL:
Engineered wood products are a good choice for the environment. They are manufactured
for years of trouble-free, dependable use. They help reduce waste by decreasing disposal
costs and product damage. Wood is a renewable resource that is easily manufactured into a
variety of viable products.

specially designed for interior use on primed surfaces such as
concrete, drywall, and properly primed wood. It can be applied
in several creative patterns to beautify interior walls and
ceilings.
PRODUCT PACKAGING: 4 liters
PRODUCT PREPARATION PROCEDURE:
SURFACE PREPARATION:
New Concrete
New concrete should be allowed to dry for 14 to 28 days under normal weather conditions
before paint application. Surface to be painted should be clean, dry, free from oil, grease,
dust, dirt, and other contaminants. If painting must be done immediately within the 14 to 28
day curing period, treat the surface with a solution of 1 part Dutch Boy ® Nalcrete™ Masonry
Neutralizer 7000 diluted in 16 parts water. Apply the solution liberally using a brush or roller.
Let dry overnight before rinsing with water to remove white crystal that will have formed on
the surface. Let dry before painting. If the concrete has been cured for 28 days or more,
there is no need to apply a neutralizer.
Wooden Surfaces
Hammer all nails deep enough to apply putty. Sand rough wood until smooth and then dust
off before painting. Avoid using product on high friction areas.
Drywall Subtrates
Install and secure joints as per manufacturer’s recommendations.
Repainting
Scrape off all loose, scaling, flaking, and peeling paint manually or by using a paint and
varnish remover. Wash surfaces clean and completely remove any residue. Let it dry.
For repainting concrete with chalky old paint, use a surface conditioner. In case of mildew
infestation, treat with a bleach solution (1:3, laundry bleach to water, respectively) by
swabbing or brushing. To ensure proper treatment, let stand for 24 hours before washing off
residue. Let dry.
For repainting other surfaces such as wood, follow the first step then apply the appropriate

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Natare Corporation - Natatec® PVC Pool Lining
PVC Membrane Pool Lining Systems
Colorful, durable, watertight swimming pool lining
systems.
Natatec® is a flexible blanket of PVC with a strong inner
core of polyester mesh fabric specifically designed for
commercial pool applications.
Features & Benefits

 Custom-fit and tailored on-site to ensure an

attractive, watertight pool surface
 Fast, efficient construction, suitable for all climates and weather extremes
 Resists algae, mold and mildew
 Long-lasting and durable
 Saves on water, chemicals and heat
Perfect for Renovation & New Construction
Natatec PVC pool lining membranes dramatically reduce construction and renovation costs,
limit maintenance and greatly extend the lifespan of your pool facility.
Natatec provides a means to renovate pools in the worst condition. The pool lining
membrane spans cracks, joints and other defects with its tough, flexible blanket.
The Natatec system eliminates costly and time-consuming annual surface maintenance.
Sandblasting, chipping, patching, caulking and recoating are simply not needed. Our
membrane provides an attractive, flexible and watertight pool lining inside virtually any
supporting structure.
Features & Benefits of Natatec Pool Lining Systems
Ease of Installation
Our installation system allows for a tailored fit for in-ground, on-ground or elevated
swimming pools. Previously difficult installations and renovations are made possible. Unlike
conventional coatings, Natatec membranes can be installed in almost any weather. The
drastic reduction of downtime for installation makes it possible to renovate your pool facility
in record time.
Fiberglass Pool Repair
Natatec is the solution for repairing fiberglass failure in swimming pools. Fiberglass pool
coatings are notorious for cracking and removing failing fiberglass material in pools can be
expensive. For a fraction of the cost, Natatec can be installed directly over the existing
fiberglass surface to create a new worry-free surface. The pool lining material is cut-to-fit and
welded on-site to ensure a pool coating that is completely watertight, attractive and long-
lasting.
Clean, Safe and Sanitary
The smooth, non-porous surface of Natatec membranes helps prevent the growth of bacteria
and algae and makes pool cleaning easy and inexpensive. With our pool lining system, harsh
acid washing and other chemicals are not necessary to clean your pool. The neutral PVC
surface does not alter water chemistry like plaster, grout, concrete and other porous
surfaces, providing ongoing savings in operational costs. By creating a watertight lining, our
membranes reduce water lost through leakage and save energy and chemical use.
Eye-Catching Colors
Create a beautiful pool that has an amazingly long life with Sky Blue, Caribbean Blue and
White. A special Black material is available for racing lanes, targets, custom logos and other
pool details. Each color can be shaped, cut and custom-designed to fit your special needs.
Custom colors and patterns can also be created to meet the unique look of your facility.
PRODUCT PREPARATION PROCEDURE:

With proper care and maintenance, your Elkay accessores will give you a lifetime of
service. Below are the suggestions for the care and cleaning of your Elkay accessories.
General Cleaning
It is recommended to clean Elkay accessories daily to avoid build-up of soap or mineral
deposits, as these tend to have an adverse effect on the appearance of the product. For
daily cleaning use an ordinary mild detergent and soft cloth to rinse and dry the sink.
Allowing water or cleaners to evaporate will negatively impact the look of the accessory.
To avoid this, it is important to dry the accessory after each use.
• Elkay colanders, cutting boards, rinsing baskets and bottom grids are not
designed as "Dishwasher Safe" or "Microwave Safe".
• These products should be hand washed in a mild detergent, rinsed thoroughly and hand
dried.
• For wood cutting boards – apply a coat of mineral oil to all wood surfaces on a monthly
basis or more frequently if needed.

Bottom Grids
• Check to see that all rubber or vinyl feet and bumpers are in place before using
wire accessories.
• Do NOT use scouring pads, abrasive cleaners, and harsh detergents.
• Some accessories are designed with a tight fit to help secure them into place.
Cutting Boards
The following are recommendations from the USDA regarding cutting boards:
• Always use a clean cutting board.
• If possible, use one cutting board for fresh produce and a separate one for raw
meat, poultry and seafood.
• Once cutting boards become excessively worn or develop hard-to-clean grooves,
you should replace them.

flush with the original floor joists, Shown below. When installing a linear drain, cut a 3" (76
mm) hole in the substrate where the drain outlet will pass through the 3/4" nominal EGP.
The center of the waste line should be located 2 1/4" (57mm) out from the sill plate when
the drain is installed on the opposite wall from the door or centered at the entry to the
shower if located at the door. If the domestic waste line is already in place cut the waste line
1-3/4" (44 mm) below floor level.
