Madam, please find below few questions about Gayatri Mantra

1. What is recommended for counting? Mala OR use of hand?
2. Use of Mala & Hand both requires movement of body part (hand). Does such movements of body
part(s) decreases the energy generated by chanting?
3. Where should be our concentration (dhyan/focus) while chanting Gayatri. On Sound / Raising
SUN / Lamp/light OR Image of Gayatri Devi?
4. It is said that wearing yellow color cloths during chanting/Japa of Gayatri is better. Is there any
relation between particular Mantra and specific color?
5. What is significance of Gayatri Anusthan (24,000 OR 1,25,000 Mantra) and Purascharana (24
lakhs Mantra)? Is that recommended / beneficial?
6. It is said that Gayatri mantra should not be chanted loudly during night (after around 8pm). Only
manasika/mental japa should be done at night time. Any thoughts?
7. तत्सवितर्व
ु रे ण्यं (Tat Savithur Varenyam) - should it be chanted as one single word like
“TatSavithurVarenyam”…without a pause/gap in between OR two words “Tat SavithurVarenyam”
or 3 words “Tat Savithur Varenyam”?
8. दे वस्यधीमहि (Devasya Dheemahi) - should it be chanted as one single word like
“DevasyaDheemahi” without pause/gap in between OR two words “Devasya Dheemahi”…with
little pause/gap between?
9. If we have to chant Gayatri and also do Bhramari then what should be sequence. First Gayatri
and then Bhramari or opposite.
10. May I request you to take one more Mantra class on Mahamrityunjaya Mantra (Whenever
possible)

11. In your slide there were few capital letters. Should our sound/pitch be high while chanting those
letters?

Namaste Swamiji.

I am so sorry, I am troubling you again.

From last 3 days I am chanting 21-OM and 21-Gayatri Mantras with the new recording given by you on
Wed, 4th Nov. I have noticed that new chanting is *bit fast (speedy)*. Sometimes I need to take a break
in between to catch up with the speed and sometimes I becomes little breathless in between.

However, speed of OM and Gayatri Mantras provided earlier by you (on 4 th July 2020) was *perfect.
Also the sound was little *louder /energetic*.
In earlier chanting:
1. Approximate speed of OM chanting was *6 OMs per minutes*. So around 10 Sec per OM (your 3
OMs were finished in 30sec). There was enough space for inhalation in between two OMs and
“M” was little long…*which was quite comfortable to chant and soothing/calming.*
2. One Gayatri Mantra was finished in approximately 14-15 Sec. So around 4 Gayatri Mantra in a
minute.

I am sending you previous OM and Gayatri Mantra so that by listening to those you will get exactly what
I am talking about.

*Whenever you get free time (Nothing Urgent Swamiji) * will it possible to record 21 OM and 21 Gayatri
Mantras *in the speed, volume and energy similar to previously send* recordings please?

It will really helpful if you can record 21 OM and 21 21 Gayatri Mantras but *if 21 is too much for
recording then*
1. Record only 9 OMs and after 9th OM, keep time for one inhalation and then end the recording.
So that whenever I will play them repeatedly in a player at that time after 9 th OM I will have
recorded time for inhalation and then 10 th OM will start automatically. So this way I will be able
to complete 9, 18, 27…108 time as well in future. Similarly
2. Record only 9 Gayatri Mantra and after 9 th Gayatri Mantra keep time for one inhalation and then
end then recording. Also do not add Shanti…Shanti…Shanti at the end of 9 th Gayatri Mantra. But
if in case 21 Gayatri Mantras are recorded then please add Shanti…Shanti…Shanti at the end.

There are 3 Videos of "Gary Kraftsow" is there any way by which I can download those? I want to
download one of them

Good Morning Eddie,

I am Dhananjay Mujumae from India (Pune).

Thank you very much for your classes.

I am new to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Your classes and Instructions are helping me a lot.
I will keep practicing for next two weeks with the help of recordings available on your website.

I need some help from you (if possible).

My family is sufferer of High BP. Currently my mother and one brother have High Blood Pressure
problem. Few years back I was also facing it (only for few weeks) but currently I do not have High BP
problem and I do not take any medicines.

From your experience can you please help me here?

1. Which asanas are good for High BP? Names of asanas and approximate duration of holding.
2. Which asanas should be AVOIDED by High BP patients (Asanas NOT good for High BP).
3. Can my brother (Currently having high BP) start practicing Primary and Intermediate series of
Ashtanga Yoga? Asking this because, I have heard few people saying that it should not be
practiced as it’s faster than Hatha and Iyengar yoga.
4. Do you any other specific suggestion for High BP?
5. Is there any known good website, blog, FB page…etc you want recommend for High BP problem
(if any).

This is not urgent. And I know that you are taking break from tomorrow. So, if possible please reply
whenever you get some time. After your break or later is also fine. This will help me and my family.

Thank you once again Eddie.

Enjoy your break.

Thank you,
Dhananjay Mujumale
Namaste Swamiji,

Thank you so much for your reply.

Swamiji, due to my two kids school fees and family expenses I can pay up to Rs.12,000/-
I do not have any specific requirement about accommodation & food. I can stay/adjust anywhere with
ashram staff and help them in their activities.

Thank you,
Dhananjay Mujumale

I am from a farmer family & I still work in our farm from which

Can something positive happen about my below request?

I will try my level best to arrange some money for
- Yoga Dress/Uniform (T-Shirts and Pants) - 2000
- TTC manual - 2000
- Kriya set…etc - 1000
- Food and - 2000
- Will also not use ashram’s internet (I will bring my own dongle for internet)
- Accommodation - 5000

Thank you,
Dhananjay Mujumale

Eddie, I have just practiced primary series. I will just watch class and listen to your instruction to get
familiar with the intermediate asanas.
Is that ok?

Om Namah Sivaya

Namaste Swamiji

Can anything positive happen related to below request. Meanwhile I will try to arrange money required for
dress,

Thanks,
Dhananjay

Om Namah Sivaya

Namaste Swamiji

Thanks you for the details.

Unfortunately I am jobless from last couple of months.

So currently if there is any work in ashram then I can come now and work as a volunteer staff for
couple of weeks (as per your requirement) and later on whenever the course will start at that time I will
join it.

Looking at my current financial situation it is very difficult for to pay however I can work in ashram and do
all kind of work.
1. Being from famer family background, I can sleep anywhere (No need of ashram bed …etc I will
bring my all required material for my sleep)
2. If there is place I will bring my own material for cooking and cook my own food as well.

Thanks,
Dhananjay Mujumale

Hi Marco,
Thank you so much for your reply.

Brief about me:

I am Dhananjay Mujumale from Pune City (Maharashtra, India). I have been practicing Iyengar Yoga
from last few years.
I want to become Yoga Teacher to help people and at the same time to earn money. From teaching
point of view Asana and Pranayama is my priority at this moment. (I practice meditation myself.
However, I do not want to go into Mediation teaching at this moment).

Based on your information on your site (path2yoga.net) I have decided following 3 options for my YTTC
1. Swami Krishnananda Hatha Yoga Vidyapeeth (Inteyoga), Mysore - Dr K Ashutosh & Ms.
Kadambari
2. Sivananda Yoga Vidya Peetham, Kerala (Kodakkad) - Swami Govindananda Saraswati.
3. Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training Course: Kerala OR Madurai
4. Yoga Vidya Mandiram, Rishikesh - Acharya Chandramani

I am bit confused about which one should I finalize for doing my TTC. (From above list)
My aim is to teach yoga / start yoga studio and earn money to run my home.
Can you please suggest / help me to choose right option from above four. Also please suggest me if you
have any other good option.

Om peace, peace, peace

Thanks You,
Dhananjay Mujumale

OM Namah Sivaya

Thank you so much madam, for the information.

Good to know that you are a teacher of TTC as well.

I have not enrolled for Weight Loss class as we need to inform in our office and take permission if we are
not working for few hours of a day. Also looks like Weight Loss course is not for beginners. So I need to
prepare/practice more for couple of weeks.

Thank you for giving your number.
I will first explore FB page and Website and try to get more details and if I have any question or need any
details then I will call/email you.

Thank you once again.

Thank you,

Hari Om Ajay ji

How are you?

Sorry, I am bit busy from last couple of days so could not say Hi to you…was working on weekend as well
due to heavy workload of office.

I saw details of “5 Days Online Hatha Yoga Course” on Facebook. I am willing to enroll for it however
unfortunately timings are not suitable for me due to increased office workload and various internal team
meetings & meetings with clients.

Due to corona/lockdown company’s condition is bad. In last week only 7 members from team are
fired/removed from job and remaining employee’s 20% salary will be deducted from this month.

And our daily morning meeting starts are 11am and ends around 12-12.30pm (depends no of issues and
their priority for discussion). This conflicts with Hatha Yoga Course morning session timing.

So maybe I will do it next time. Or once I come to Rushikesh to meet you all.
One of my relative has diagnosed as Bipolar (BMD – Bipolar Mood Disorder) few months back.
Bipolar is one of the Mental Disorder.

After lockdown/Corona can she join 10-days Vipassana Meditation Course?

One of my friend (who is also old student of Vipassana) told to me that there are some
limitation/restriction, so he has suggested me to check with Acharya  first.

Hari Om Naveen ji

Sorry, in last week I got pulled in one new project in the office and due to increased workload/busy
schedule I forgot to send you salt’s photos as promised on that day.

As suggested by you
 I am using above salt for morning hot water drinking with salt (for BP issue) and
 For Jal Neti also I using same salt (I mix it in luck warm water)
I think I am using correct salt (Sandha Namak is mentioned on it’s cover). If not, please let me know.

I saw details of “5 Days Online Hatha Yoga Course” on Facebook. I am willing to enroll for it however
unfortunately timings are not suitable for me due to increased office workload and various internal team
meetings & meetings with clients.

Our daily morning meeting starts are 11am and ends between 11.45 to 12.30pm (depending on number
of issues for discussion and their priority). This timing conflicts with Hatha Yoga Course’s morning
session’s timing.

So, I will do it next time OR once I come to Rishikesh to meet you all and stay in Yogashala for couple of
weeks.

Thank you Abhijt ji

आचार्य Ji, I have one suggestion/request.
At the end of this course (or may be later whenever you will get time) will it be possible for you to send
home plays of all members which you receive on weekly basis to all of us.

Simple way to do this is to just copy and paste home plays of all participants you receive for particular
week in a word or text file (no need of spending time to format those) and send it to all.

Asking this because sometimes individuals mind is not open or cannot think beyond certain limit or find
it difficult to get new ideas /points…etc. If we get some ideas/tips/bigger and better thinking from home
plays of others then it will definitely help others to change their mind and think in more positive
direction.
I am ready to help you if we need to format it or remove unnecessary comments from it….etc

All sessions are wonderful but we need to concentrate more on your voice (what you saying) than actual
practice due to very low/breaking voice 

There must be some setting to fix this issue. If required, tomorrow before session I can join meeting few
minutes before and we can try few options.
