DRYING CAGES GUIDELINES

1. THE DRYING CAGES IS FOR ALL UNIT OWNER AND RENTERS TO


USE. PLEASE ENSURE CLEANLINESS AND THAT ITS USED IN AN
ORDERLY MANNER. PLEASE REPORT TO THE PROPERTY
MANAGEMENT SHOULD THERE BE ANY MISUSE AND ANYTHING
BROKEN FOR IMMEDIATE REPAIR.
2. DRYING CAGES ARE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.
3. CLOTHES THAT ARE DRY SHOULD BE TAKEN OUT OF OUR
DRYING CAGES IMMEDIATELY TO GIVE WAY TO OTHERS.
4. DRYING CAGES SHOULD NOT BE LOCKED WHEN NOT IN USE. IF
YOU DESIRE TO LOCK THE DRYING CAGE THAT YOU WILL BE
USING, YOU CAN DO SO BUT YOU HAVE TO PROVIDE YOUR OWN
PAD LOCK.
5. WHEN A CAGE IS EMPTY AND LOCKED. PAD LOCK WILL BE
DESTROYED WITHOUT NOTICE.
6. PERSONAL RACKS ARENT ALLOWED ANYMORE IN OUR ROOF
DECK FOR DRYING YOUR CLOTHES, YOU CAN ONLY USE OUR
DRYING CAGES.
7. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT HAS THE RIGHT TO ADD RULES UPON
MONITORING THE USAGE OF OUR DRYING CAGES.
8. ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES IS NOT THE PROPERTY
MANAGEMENT’S RESPONSIBILITIES.
9. FINES WILL BE IMPOSED TO TENANTS WHO CAN’T ABIDE WITH
OUR GUIDELINES.
10. THESE GUIDELINES ARE TEMPORARY FOR A PERIOD OF
TIME AS WE WILL OBSERVE IF OUR CAGES ARE PROPERLY USED.
