The following picture and !le is an example of organisational restructure Excel dashboard. Sadly I have been involved in the analysis of plenty of these
type of restructures. They are predominantly designed around workforce planning and trapping the savings from changing the size, shape and nature
of the organisation. The following dashboard looks at the people leaving, which will not be replaced. The savings are booked exclusive of redundancy
payments which are held at a corporate cost centre. The charts trap monthly and annual salary savings and looks at the FTE's which are leaving the
organisation by region and job category amongst other things.
