16 x 8 Static TTL RAM Implementation for SAP-1 Computer Architecture
Introduction:
Random Access Memory. Store data and machine code currently being used.
Performs Read/ Write operation.
Volatile Memory. TTL RAM: Transistor–Transistor Logic (TTL) is a logic family
built from bipolar junction transistors.
We can program the RAM by means of the address and data switch registers. This
allows you to store a program and data in the memory before a computer run.

In this lab we have to Ics of 74189 and then connected these with each other with help of wire and
then I have connected the buffer with LEDs and Ics 74189 and then ground connect with leds
