a ANNEX B R&R Form 2 (Nomination Write-up for all Categories) [Rane ofeminee Group Category: Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) School Category Position: ‘Name of School/SDO: Mayor Anunciacion R. Tuazon National School of Fisheries, SDO Bohol | Length of Service In the Position: Vanessa B. Aton ac mat ead of Office: Leah Vanessa the Division of Bohol for SY 2020-2021, Mayor Anunciacion R. Tuazon of Calape District has implemented a Continuous Improvement Project focusing on govemance. ‘The possibilty of trimming down the expenses amidst the pandemic is one of the school's goal. The development of the digital module system aims to answer this. An offfine system was developed by our programmer where the students can readily ‘access the modules and download it through their phones without the expense of connecting to the intemet. Students will only connect through the access points delegated in the different areas all throughout the town of Calape. Each access points have WIFI routers where the students will log into the offiine system. The system also designed where you can addin classes and also, add and message the other members logged into the system. Projects which need to be submitted in digital formats, can also be uploaded here by the students where the teachers can readily access anytime. The system was developed by the Cl Team composed of a group of software developer and programmers of MARTNSF Calape and its contents were compiled by the members from the Self Leaming Modules and Learning Activity Sheets obtained from the Division Office. ‘The access points installed in different areas were utilized by the Senior High students since most of them already have cellular phones. The system would still be utilized in the succeeding weeks to measure the operationaiity of the system. A weekly inspection and monitoring of the system will be conducted by the Team Leader to ensure the efficiency of the system that could possibly cater all of their learners’ needs. ‘Exemplary Behavior / Conduct Displayed within the last 3 years Mayor Anunciacion R. Tuazon National School of Fisheries has been implementing the Cl Program for the last three years. The priority improvement areas, @s identified in the School Improvement Plan (SIP), were eddressed through the Cl projects. The first year of implementation was difficult for the Cl team, but through the collaborative efforts of the school head, teachers, leamers, parents and stakeholders, the first Cl project entitled “Diversified Vocabulary Activities: Enhanced Reading Comprehension (DVA-ERC)" was a success. Other Cl Projects implemented in the previous school years focused on the improvement of the processes on managing leamers' attendance and school waste management. Cl trainings were conducted both on school and district levels to capacitate Cl Team members on the Basic Cl Methodology. Rewards and recognition programs ‘were also employed by the school to recognize the efforts of the Cl team members, process owners and stakeholders. The school also actively participated in district Ci symposiums. P ‘The support of the school head, teachers and stakeholders have made the implementation of this program successful. At present, Cl implementation in the school has been strengthened with the leadership of the school head who is also a Regional/Division C1 Trainer and Coach for Cl. For SY 2020-2021, the school have 1 completed and 2 on-going Cl projects both for governance and curriculum Implementation. ‘The District of Calape also tapped the expertise of the school head and the Cl team members in providing coaching sessions to other schools within and outside the district. The LGU Calape through the Municipal Mayor, Hon, Nelson N. Yu, also affirmed his support in the rollout and expansion of the C] project of the school on “Offline Digital Module Repository System” to be replicated by schools in the district. Impact of Accomplishments The use of Offline Digital Module Repository System converted printed modules to digital modules which tumed the reproduction cost to zero (0) since no more printing is required. The utlization of ODRMS gave lesser Work for teachers, thus giving them enough. time to do other teaching-related tasks. Since not all students have access to the offline digital module repository system, they are given printed modules and the reproduction cost {or printing of their SLMs has reduced to 50%, The said project was also adopted in St. ‘Theresa Academy (STA), a private catholic school in Loon District, Division of Bohol, ‘Other Information (Major awards / Cilations Received / Membership in the Onpeiteation) The Offline Digital Module Repository System (ODRMS) of Mayor Anunciacion R. Tuazon National School of Fisheries won first place in the District Level ICT Summit for Innovations and was also hailed as the Champion during the Division Level Virtual ICT Summit for Innovations last December 2020.
