Keywords Comparison On Google Trends: Graph 1

The document analyzes keyword search trends for men's accessories like wallets, belts, and ties from Google Trends data. It finds that some individual keywords like 'checked tie' and 'sleek ties' have very low search volumes and should be replaced. Other keywords like 'men's wallets/belts/tie' do not perform well individually or combined, so they recommend using simpler keywords like 'men's wallet' instead.

Keywords comparison on Google Trends

Graph 1

Graph 2
Since, my website deals in Men’s accessories, basically the 3 products – Wallets, Belts, Ties.
The relevant keywords for them are -
#men’s accessories
#men’s wallets/ #men’s belts/ #men’s tie
#Leather accessories
#best wallet for men
#black belt for men
#checked tie
#bow tie
#best brands
#sleek ties
#formal accessories

Now, after the seeing the graph we can easily depict the impact of each keywords related to
the product my website is dealing with.
In Graph 1, we see that the second keyword, which is “#men’s wallets/ #men’s belts/ #men’s
tie”, shows no impact individually also and in comparison, also. So instead of using this we
can simply put forward “Men’s Wallet” as a keyword, which did show the results.

In Graph 2, Formal accessories (0), Sleek ties (0), Checked tie (<1) stands at the least
impacted keyword and therefore it needs to be replaced. But when we see the individual
impact of these keywords, then Formal accessories shows some results, which depicts that
this keyword are used by the consumer but in very less amount. So, only Sleek ties and
checked ties needs to be changed, and we can use Men’s Belts and Men’s Tie as a
replacement.

So, for segmentation under USP DRIVEN PERMUTATION, which are –

PERSONA
QUALITY
CONVENIENCE
OCCASION
Following interpretations can be made -
PERSONA – Men’s accessories for youth going college, Men’s accessories for old age
people.
QUALTIY – Premium quality Men’s accessories, leather products, etc.
CONVENIENCE – Wallet with pockets inside it for keeping the cash or the cards safe. Belts
for keeping our pants intact. Ties for making us look us more presentable in any presentation
or meetings.
OCCASION – Formal accessories for some formal occasions. Casual accessories for
maintaining the casual look on the weekends, when going out for chilling with friends.
