1. List key stakeholders involved in your project. Identify their problems, needs, interests.
The key stakeholder are the women of the society in which we live in, who faces harassment of
different type in their day to day busniess. Women who are working faces harassment in their
workplace, women using public transport faces harassment there, women face domestic
violence/harassment. So all a woman of this time need is a safer world, who can travel where ever
she wants to, who can work where ever she wants without be judged by the society and feel safe
in her workplace, without having a fear she could be targeted with any kind of harassment.
Although there are laws to prevent such cruel acts in our country but the implementation of them
are not as effective or efficient as it should be to really prevent such harassment. Culprits are
rooming freely after committing such crimes because of the loop holes our systems contains.

2. What standards of relative ethics/microsocial norms are daily observed by key

stakeholders involved in your project? Is there a conflict between microsocial norms
and universal standards? How does it exist?

Harassment of women is getting common in today's world, females have to face a lot of immoral
and unethical activities on daily basis at their workplaces or even in the society. Instead of
developing the sheer responsibility of respecting and appreciating the women for coming out of
her comfort zone, the world is creating hurdles in her way to conquer her goals. It doesn't matter if
it’s a Conservative minded culture or the modern urban side females have been facing difficulties
in their workplaces for a very long time now. Sometimes the society takes advantages of women
whose not taking stand for herself and on the other hand women is not given equal rights which
she deserves. Although the universal standards speaks about the equal rights to each and every
individual, but society with its pressure and narrow minded and illogical reasoning tries to snatch
away those rights from women.
2. Frame an overall ethical situation in your project. Concerning universal moral
standards, what overall ethical situation/issue exists? For example, is it systematic (political,
legal, social, technological), corporate (business), or social (family, personal) issue? Is there a
possibility of serious harm occurring to stakeholders? Does it violate universal moralstandards?

b. present versus futureeffect

Harassment isn't positive in any aspect perhaps this activity has a serious and negative impact on
victims and in most of the cases this leads to psychological effects and the reactions frequently
observed by victims includes anxiety, sleep disturbance, headache, weight loss or gain and
lowered self-esteem. Physical and mental health of the victim is also effected and when the
harassment is of severe kind the reaction is more severe, which leads to negative impact on
victim's career. Victims of harassment have to suffer financially too because when they will take
sick leaves or leaves without pay and in some cases transfer from one workplace to another which
leads to loss of wages or some extra expenses. In some cases when harassment is of severe kind
and there is no way for victim to survive in these particular conditions then that situation might
lead to divert your field or to end up your career.

c. direct versus indirecteffect

As we know that harassment at workplace can have adverse consequences for victim and other
working women who face such situation not directly but experience it secondhand. It has a direct
effect on enterprise as the victim will take leave or will not work properly because she has to deal
with psychological problem that arose because of that particular activity. Harassment pollutes the
working environment and it has a bad impact on confidence, morale and performance of victims.
In such conditions the economic efficiency of firm will decrease for sure and that will effect the
other decent employees working in the respective firm because the head of that particular
organization will not manage the bonuses and incentives of the employee because of poor
performance of firm and due to which the reputation of firm will also be effected.
