Note Points:

This is a system generated battery sizing sheet, based on the user inputs. Hence it is recommended that for all critical
site backup sizing calculations (e.g. Data Centres, Machine loads, ≤15mins discharge) a confirmation is taken from ARBL
nearest office.
ARBL recommends using proper cable size to keep voltage drop less than 1 volts for overall system, else the load on
battery will increase resulting in reduced back up time.
ARBL follows IEEE-485 specification for sizing calculation, as per IEEE -485 aging factor & design margin is recommended
in sizing calculations, If the margins are not considered suitably, battery backup may not meet required duration always
during the service life.
The usage of this tool (sizing calculator) is subject to user license agreement accepted during the registration for login
details.
