1. Ordering

There is no specific amount, but if you account is aged


and you have never done this you can do upto 20.000
EUR/USD/GBP or the equivalent in your currency.
Put yourself in the shoes of the PayPal representative
that will evaluate and process your refund (Calm down,
yes, they will review manually and refund you in full)
It's very rare that a private customer orders 10
colognes/10 purses/10 phones.
I always try to keep it at 2-3 of the same items, or
multiple different ones.

But really, virtually any store can be done. As long as


your PayPal account is in good standing, and you didn't
have any previous problems/disputes, you're good.
Please, don't do eBay sellers or little stores. Big brands
can eat up this loss but little stores can't.

2. After you have ordered and received the item:

Make sure to weight the package when it arrives.

2.1. Login to your PayPal account, find the exact


transaction of the purchase, click on 'Report a problem':

And open a dispute selecting 'item different than


described' with your excuse. Again, sound legit.

Things that could really happen and you can use it on

A laptop/phone arrived with the screen broken because


it felt during the transit.
It got wet during the transit.
An electronic device is not turning on.
Then (VERY IMPORTANT), go to the resolution center, -
you can go directly here:

Find your dispute, and elevate it to claim to PayPal.

Things that could happen:

The representatives from the company will reach out to


you by e-mail.
Feel free to ignore it or if you feel like, answer that you
just want to return the product to get your money back.

2.2. At some point, PayPal will send you an e-mail like
this:

“Return the article to this address XXX (Shop warehouse


address) to receive a full refund”

3. Boxing time! (FTID METHOD RECOMMENDED IF YOU


ARE FAMILIAR WITH IT)

Do it yourself or use your favourite boxer!

What is boxing?

Boxing is sending a empty box or with anything inside to


make the receiver think the article goes inside it.
DO NOT send dryice or any other absurd extended
rumor that is online. Sending dry ice is VERY
DANGEROUS because it is a chemistry solution that will
most likely get stopped and inspected by the courier.

If you don't feel like sending an empty box, add rice or


paper to match the weight.

Remember we are returning the article we received


damaged. But unfortunately, somehow in the transit, it
got stolen and replaced by whatever the contents you
decide to put inside.

So we'll try to match the exact weight of the package


we initially received.

Then, after we have our package ready, it is time to
ship it.

How?

Use UPS or DHL label.


Why?

Because at a glance the PayPal's representative can see


that it has been delivered to the destination city and it
will match and will process the refund.
If you look at the tracking, It says the city where it has
been delivered to. Therefore, the rep will think that it
has been returned to the store's warehouse.

You can buy the label cheaper than at the UPS/DHL

If you don't know, they basically get cheaper rates from
the couriers they work with.
Leave the package in a drop off point near to your
house or handle it to the driver as agreed.

Then copy the tracking number, go to the PayPal


dispute, and add it.
Keep an eye on the tracking. You can use an app like
17TRACK.

4. Get your hard earned money back!

A few days later after you see the package has arrived,
call PayPal and ask:

'I would like to know the status of my refund as I see


the product has already arrived to the seller, and I need
the money as soon as possible to buy a replacement'
Then first rep may process your refund or may ask you
to wait a few days. Just wait a bit, but don't leave it.
Call PayPal as if it were your first girlfriend.

Now seriously, keep calling each 2-3 days and if at that


point they haven't processed it yet (10 days later), ask
to speak with a supervisor. And they will process your
refund.
At first don't ask directly for a refund. This is what
distinguish fraudsters from pro refunders/real
customers.

When the money is back, to play 100% safe, unattach


any payment method (Card/bank account) from the
PayPal account or leave only a prepaid card.

And that's all!
