MOTION FOR URGENT RESETTING
DEFENDANTS, by and through the undersigned counsel, unto
this Honorable Court, most respectfully move for the resetting of the March 25, 2021 hearing of the case, and for this purpose respectfully aver-
1. The hearing of the above-mentioned case is scheduled on
March 25, 2021, at ______________ in the _______;
2. The undersigned counsel is very much willing and ready to
attend the said proceedings scheduled on the 25 th day of March 2021, before the sala of Hon. Junuis F. Dalaten;
3. For health and safety reasons however, the undersigned
counsel is pressed to reset the hearing due to widespread pandemic and for this reason the undersigned is constrained to reset the hearing of the above-captioned case sometime on April 30, 2021 subject to the calendar of the Honorable Court if it sees that the pandemic is subsiding; 4. The undersigned expresses his regret to the lawyer of the plaintiff and to the Honorable Court as well in resetting this case for reasons provided above;
5. No delay or otherwise is intended but solely due to the
foregoing.
PRAYER
WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, the counsel for the
respondents humbly prayed before this Honorable Court that resetting of this case be held on April 30, 2021 or later for cause already mentioned.
Other reliefs which are deemed just and equitable under the premises are likewise prayed for.
