Wet Bulb Temperature is a measure of how much moisture or water vapour is present in the air. The difference between the dry bulb temperature and this determines how much dry the air is. If DBT-WBT is large, then the air has lower relative humidity. If WBT is close to DBT, then the air is nearly saturated. Even in places where it is very humid, RH >80% , people sweat a lot even when the temperature is low. If one measures WBT here, they will realize that it is close to DBT.
