Harold Morris v. Harley-Davidson Motor Company

On May 3, 2021, Harold Morris filed suit against the Harley-Davidson Motor Company in Livingston County Supreme Court. Morris is suing the company over a 2020 crash that killed his longtime partner, Pamela SinClair, and caused him serious injuries. Morris said the company sold him a defective motorcycle, which caused the crash.
