CableCommConnect (Managers)
1. The customer total monthly payment is calculated by ([Service Fee + ((hardware - discounts) / 60 mos.)], excluding taxes, interest, and fees.

2. The Service Commission is paid as a multiple of the customer RMR ([Service Fee + (hardware / 60 mos.)], excluding taxes, interest, and fees).

3. The dealership will receive a $50 bonus per account if the dealership hit the production target Set By CableCommConnect (Managers)

4. The dealership will receive 60% of the upfront installation fees collected from customer in their upfront weekly pay. If the installation fee is financed the Rep will be paid 30% of the install fee collected in their upfront commissions. Install
fees on upgrades or install fees included in the product retail value are NOT commissionable.

5. The dealership residual is equal to $0.016 per dollar of RMR. The residual is calculated monthly by account and determined by taking the RMR multiplied by $0.02. The residual will be start in the 4th Quarter following the completion of
the sales season. Sales seasons run from October through September. The Dealer must install a minimum of 1000 funded accounts in the sales season to qualify. After qualifying, the dealership needs to install a minimum of 75
accounts per month to receive the residual payout.

Dealer Upfront Pay: The dealership will be paid 85% of the commission the week following the install. Cancelations will be deducted as they are processed and there will be a true-up in Q1 following the completion of the sales season.

Dealer Deductions:
• Low FSR - the dealer commissions will be deducted $20 per dollar deduction in the base service fee. If the starter kit is $1,799.99 the base service fee is $19.99, plus $5 per camera. If the starter kit is $599.99 the base service fee is
$39.99, plus $5 per camera.
• Hardware Discounts - The dealer commission will be deducted 75% of all hardware discounts provided to the customer.
• Deduction Accounts - The dealer commission will be deducted $250 on the following accounts: (i) all accounts financed by Fortiva with an APR > 0%, (ii) paid-in-full subscribers without a passing prescreen, (iii) accounts financed
by Vivint (account didn’t have a prescreen offer with 0%), and (iv) special exceptions.
• Gift Card Buyouts - 50% of contract buyouts
• Doorbell Camera Exchange - 50% of the gift cards shipped to customers
• Move Deduction - If the customer moves within 12 month of installation the dealer will be charges a $399 move fee
• $599.99 Kit Deduction - The following accounts are deducted $50 if the $599.99 kit is sold and the total loan is less than $3500: i) paid-in-full and ii) Fortiva financed customers with an APR > 0%. The following accounts are
deducted $100 if the $599.99 kit is sold and the total loan is less than $3500: i) Citizens financed customers and ii) Fortiva financed customers with 0% APR. (excludes upgrades or stand-alone car guard).

Upgrade/upsell commissions:
The dealership will be paid $9.00 per dollar of incremental RMR on upgrade accounts.
Incremental RMR: New RMR - the New Base Service Fee
New RMR: The customers new RMR excluded taxes, interest, fees, and the financed upgrade install fee
New Base Service Fee: Is equal to the customers prior RMR before taxes and fees multiplied by 75%
If an upgrade customer moves within 12 months of installation the upgrade commissions will be clawed back.

Account Funding Requirements:


Accounts will be considered unfunded, according to the following criteria:
• Cancelled accounts
• Accounts with a past due balance greater than or equal to the monthly service fee, and is more than 30 days past due
• Accounts with a regional or executive approved special exception (funded on the January backend if the other criteria are met)
• Accounts with a non-payable hold
• Accounts that are at least a month old, and have $0 in payments
• A paid in full customer without a passing loan application that does not have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the hardware
• All other special exceptions (unfunded until the Q1 backend)
