Practitioners & Bar Councils Rules, with effect from ------------- I further certify that I

TEN (10) years, and I will not have more then THREE pupils during the time of his/her
pupilage nor I am in arrears of dues of the Khyber PakhtunKhwa Bar Council as well as

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Complete form must reach the Bar Council office within 30 days from
apprenticeship start date. Otherwise training shall run from date of receipt of
intimation form.
2. Attested photo copies of LLB Degree, BA Degree, Intermediate and Matriculation
(SSC) Certificate or any other cerificate/degree relied upon and NTS result card..
5. 4. 4. A slip of Rs.500/= deposited with Habib Bank Limited or Bank of Khyber, in the
collection A/c of the KP Bar Council, as1st intimation fee.
6. Copy of Seniors Identity Card (Issued by the KP Bar Council) for verification of
enrolment date.
7. Three (3) photograph in professional dress.
8. The Applicant’s are required to submit their second intimation form within 2 months
from the date of completion of training, otherwise the following sum shall be
payable for the delay as under:-
a) Rs. 500/- for one month delay;
 b) Rs. 1000/- for two months delay;
c) Rs.1500/- for three months delay;
d) Rs. 2000/- for four months delay;
e) Rs. 2500/- for five months delay; and
f) Rs. 3000/- for six months delay.

Thereafter the Intimation Form of the applicant shall be cancelled and the applicant
shall have to undergo the process of apprenticeship as afresh:
