KIYU New Material Co., Ltd provides a suggested hand sanitizer formula consisting of 5 parts: Part A contains 80% ethanol as the main active ingredient. Part B contains acrylates copolymer and water. Part C adjusts the pH with triethanolamine. Part D contains pigments like iron oxides and titanium dioxide that can be removed. Part E adds fragrance. Processing;
1. In the main vessel prepare Part A with gentle mixing.
2. Prepare Part B in a side vessel. with gentle mixing.
3. Add Part B into Part A the main vessel and continue to mix until batch is uniform.
4. Add ingredients of Part C with gentle mixing to adjust the pH of the formula until totally
clear.
5. Then add Part D, Part E one by one, mixing well until a homogeneous product is
obtained
