Sir/ Madame:
I madame Lilibeth Lim Wuilquin, 58 years old. Bonafide residence at 737 Tramo
Road Interior, Atulayan Norte, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan Valley. I am very sorry that I
was not able to get my check at embassy Manila since it was sent in the country last
September 2020.
Due to the pandemic we are under lockdown , there is no transportation going
down to Manila.
