Weekly Journal

(Week Four)
I start my week by preparing for my lesson observation with my MCT on
Monday and  I prepared a lesson about adding decimals. The goal of this
lesson is to teach the students how to write the decimals correctly in a
horizontal way and fill the spaces with 0 after that add the numbers to find
the output. While teaching the lesson, there were a student who asking me
questions but because she have connection issues, she were asking me but I
didn’t understand what she is saying because her voice was cutting. I was so
confuse because I know she didn’t understand well and she have a lot of
questions to ask, I told her to write her questions on the chat but there was no
time and she leave the session because the math session finished. On
Tuesday, I completed the lesson about adding decimals with the students, and
today we solve the book questions, I did all the activities a whole class
activity and as exit I give them 2 questions on WordWall website, when they
solve it correctly they can leave the session, but the most of them stayed so I
asked them how they found the lesson? And they answers on the chat with
emojies that it was easy. On Wednesday I have been preparing for my next
lesson which it will be on Thursday, it is a revision of chapter 11 on lesson
1,2 and 6 with my students in grade 4.
