Mind-set of Process:

“It’s better to work with 1 than to drag 100”

1. Have abundance mentality. There are at least 135 crores people in INDIA

and you just need six. You will get six good people if you have

conversation with a lot of people and find a good candidate.

2. Dress code for success

3. Always be like a buyer not a seller. Don’t sell business

4. Look for people below age of 40 (27 to 38 is best)

5. Younger generation needs transparency - if they ask it is network

marketing/ AMWAY say yes and ask question why you are asking?

6. Use process to filter non lookers out but note this Process is not to reject

people.

7. Some people just want to earn money by retailing. Don’t put them

through process. Help them learn how to retail and earn 8000 to 10000

rupees per month.

8. Set a goal of 5 conversations per day. If you follow process you will be

able to get two good people every month

DTM

Tell your story (use who approach and not what approach)
Example of who approach
DTM  1)  Hi  Jigar,  I  am  working  with  XXX  MNC  and  leave  for  office  at  7:30  and
come  back  home  at  7:30  pm,  so  tired.  Although  I  am  making  good  money
but  I  don’t  have  time  for  my  family  or  to  pursue  my  hobbies  or  take  care  of
health.
A  friend  of  mine  introduced  me  to  a  group  of  very  successful  entrepreneurs
they  agreed to coach me after I won their trust through few steps of selection
and I am hoping of getting control on my time for family in 2-3 years.
DTM  2)  Hi  Manoj,  as  you  know  about  me  and  my  family  we  are  into  our
traditional  business  since  10-15  years  but  due  to  market  impact  there  are
drastic  changes  in  the  business  so  because  of  that  I  was  very  disturbed
about  security  of  income.  Then  I  met  with  one  of  my  friend  who  is  mentoring
many  people  to  have  a  income  stability  through  passive  income  &  assets
based income & getting the financial security in 2-5 years.
Make your own story and check it with mentor
1- If candidate is looking he will ask tell me what is it, and then you fix
MG1
2- If he does not ask, you ask what about you, are you getting control on
time and money? If he says yes I am happy make him a customer. If he
says NO - fix MG1
If he says yes, say
As we are expanding our business, looking for some people but we have
certain criteria for selecting the right candidate for our business.
To check the same we need to ask few questions from you so that I can
discuss your case with my mentor related to selection:
1. Are you really serious or curious? Because if you are not serious and just
curious we both will waste our time.
2. Are you willing to listen and learn?
3. Do you have patience to wait for 3-4 weeks to understand the whole
process?
4. You have to make some changes about time and money management?
5. We are looking for HASH-Humble, accountable, Smart, Honest people.
If you have these things we will move to next step
