Perform this check BEFORE proceed the repair
1) D911/D921 Diode Faulty checking
Contact Anode pin of Diode with red probe of Multi Meter and contact Cathode pin with black probe.
If buzzer of Multi Meter sounds when measuring Vf, the diode is shorted and NG.

Component repair procedure:


Note: For sets with IPB failure: perform step 1 – 3

1. Replace Diode D911/D921 from TSC SR310 source (Fig. 3) to TSC SR515 source (Fig.4).
Refer to Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 for the diode replacement flow.

2. For 32” model

3. Perform the following check after replacing the components, using a Multi meter.
a. Diode D911 and D921 measurement
Connect the red probe to the Anode of the Diode, and the black probe to the Cathode
If the multimeter does not buzz, it is normal.

Burn in test after repair:

Please power on the TV, switch to any valid channel, and playback for 2 hrs (at room temperature)
before delivering the TV to consumer.
