1.1 This update includes the BIOS, UEFI driver, and firmware for the
supported controllers.

1.2 Limitations:
- Downgrading firmware levels is not supported.

- The currently running device driver for the IBM 3Gb SAS HBA v2
must be at the following level or later in order to run this update:
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 - 08.101 / 09.101 / 15.00.00.00*
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 - 09.101 / 15.00.00.00*
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 - 06.102 / 15.00.00.00*
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 - 09.100 / 15.00.00.00*
* there are multiple driver branches, (the inbox or native driver)
/ (the out of box or third party driver). The minimum version
for your branch must be used.

2.0 Installation and setup instructions

This package can be used with several of IBM's update management tools,
including IBM UpdateXpress Manager, IBM UpdateXpress System Packs, IBM
ToolsCenter Bootable Media Creator, and IBM Director.

It can also be used as a standalone package.

To use the package with one of IBM's update management tools, follow the
instructions that came with your specific management tool.
