Meem does is to prepare the job description and person specification
according to the vacant position.
Advertisement in Newspaper & Websites: In the third step the Ha-Meem
Group publish advertisement in national newspaper and websites. The
advertisement includes name of the position, nature of work, educational
qualification, qualities and experience required for the job, etc.
Receiving Applications & Short listing: In the advertisement, potential and
certain candidates are approached to present their applications alongside
their resume, testaments and other essential records within a time period.
