submitting the first blog of our Amal mega project.

Detailed idea of the project:

1)What do you plan to achieve?


In our first batch of students who showed their interest in virtual sessions to learn and improve their
personality, abilities, values and character by interactive in person meetings, personality tests, values
and reflection on life's true driving force. We try to give them ideas about Why it is so important to
identify yourself and How they can achieve the skills to find it. We call our first week session ‘Finding
the Hidden Treasure” . My team tries to explain to them how their actions are transformed into
habits and habits are transformed into their personalities and personality inhere certain abilities , we
begin our sessions with a powerpoint presentation based on the topic with a little dilemma,case
study or a short story then move on to psychology and philosophy behind the topic. Our main
objective to achieve is to give our students critical knowledge about different aspects of life and its
difficulties by handling sorting out problems, stress, family pressure in a more efficient and effective
manner.

a) How many students joined your sessions so far?


Through our personal connections and advertisement on social media we have upto 25
students from college and schools so far who joined our sessions.

b)What is the process for collection?


We use our iconic posters and display them on Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp status and write
caption and description respectively, most of our clients get information from these mediums,
besides this we use our personal contacts as well, to present our noble cause to them. It includes
neighbours, family members, friends around hometown etc. Once they like our idea or are interested
to get started with us, the client will send a Whatsapp or SIM text on our given number on posters i.e.
03054786368, one of our team member share required details and also answer their queries if any,
after this process we share a Zoom Meeting Link with them so they will connect the session, that's
our process.

c)What are the updates on social media?


We post our details on social media, receive messages like; What’s this upto, What is this, some
share their opinion regarding the post and some just use emojis to encourage us. Our team responds
to the messages as early as possible, it’s quite an uphill task to answer so many queries and mostly
are the same as we have answered to some other person. For the future, we will arrange FAQs to
avoid repetitive work and save time by stopping doing it over and over again.Social media is really
an effective medium for our project. In just one day we have reached more than 400 viewers easily
only on Whatsapp just.

d)What were the challenges that you faced?


Challenges are also part of our project. Some external challenges like preparing for our exams as
well and trying to complete our assigned task of the mega project on time is very important yet hard
to manage , we use our time management skills to handle it. Secondly, few team members have
internet connectivity issues in their area so we assign them only back end operations of the project
like preparing Powerpoint presentations, preparing list of students on excel, helping in management
tasks etc. We face internal challenges like replying and satisfying the client on what she/he is asking
for? Repetitive questions are oftenly asked. Last but not least, it is very important to check if the
session is maintaining a good learning environment where students are not bored, So we used
various jokes, fun activities and prizes to keep their focus on the topic of discussion, these are the
main challenges we have faced yet.

e)What are the plans for the next two weeks?


We have set our timeline and work division (link shared above), we will try to carry out exactly and
according to it, first week was quite difficult because some of us have exams as well and it’s just our
beginning, so in the next 2 weeks we are very much familiar with the work and the students too and
once we have develop the bonding with our students, our management operations will take less
time. We are learning day by day with enthusiasm and supporting our students to achieve their goal;
because our project main goal is directly aligned with the goal of the students whom we are helping
and conducting sessions.
