Executive Search & Selection (Headhunter)


Taking care of the whole business of ESS including enlarge client portfolio, bring more
business opportunity, control P&L, develop people, manage performance and enhance
effectiveness of ESS team, etc. 
Be in charge of recruitment for clients
Manage / lead the consultants to meet assigned target and oversee their individual accounts.
Assign / monitor the team workload to maximize revenue.
Provide support in their operation and ensure job satisfaction including handling big job
orders and conducting interviews or following up for proposals from big / key clients of the
team.
Follow up the payment of team’s clients.
Coach / develop the team members personally and professionally as per company’s policies
and manual.
Recruit and train the new consultants.
Review recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment
programs.
Ensure all activities of consultants done in compliance with the strategy of company.
Develop the business, build up/maintain good clients relationship
Expand the networking with senior level candidates.
Report directly to Managing Director
Lead and grow a team of Recruitment Consultants, interact with top management of client
organizations in assigned industries to fulfill their high priority recruitment. The scope
includes:
* Team Management:
• Manage / lead recruitment consultants to meet assigned target.
