Study of Consumer Perception towards Health Food Products

What are Health Care Products?


Health products are defined as those substances which gives energy or makes the person
healthy. Because of the current competitive environment, health care providers (hospitals,
HMOs, physicians, and others) are constantly searching for better products and better means
for delivering them. The health care product is often loosely defined as a service. Health
products are vitamins, minerals, herbal medicines, homeopathic preparations, probiotics and
even some traditional medicines are also prescribed by doctor or any equivalent physician.

Objectives of the Study


The main objectives of the study are:-
1. To analyse the behaviour of consumers towards various Health-Care Products.
2. Awareness of various Health-Care Products available in the market and their respective
uses.
Secondary Objectives:
1. To make comparative analysis of various Health-Care Products.

The Products I will be focusing on:

 Energy Booster
 Eno
 Hajmola
 Body Supplements
 Pudin Hara
 Energy Drinks
 Malt based powders
Data Collection Method
For Data Collection, I will be using a questionnaire.
Some secondary data related to market size and growth will be collected from different
websites.
Analysis of Data
Based on the responses from the questionnaire, the analysis will be done using google forms
and/or tableau/excel.
