the worker. The goal is to optimize the "fit" between each worker and his or her
work environment to optimize performance and reduce the risk of repetitive strain

Completely rest your wrists during breaks, including taking your hands off the
mouse. Ensure your chair is adjusted so your feet rest on the floor and your knees
are level with your hips.
