Procedure
1) The specimen is marked to be cut out size 10mm x 10mm x 7mm.
2) The cover of the machine is lifted.
3) The specimen is placed in a vise and is locked with a lever, the cutter is moved to accurately
cut the marked specimen. If inaccurate, re position the specimen.
4) The cover is closed and the power is switched ON.
5) The lights is switched on so that the cutting process can be seen.
6) The green button is pressed to ON the motor and the coolant also is turned ON.
7) To cut the specimen the process is started by pressing the lever down. The cutting pressure is
made sure to applied carefully to prevent wheel breakage.
8) After finish, the motor is stopped by pressing the red button (STOP button).
9) The cover is opened and specimen is removed.
10) The power supply is turned OFF.

Safety Precautions
1) The abrasive cutter is made sure to be in good condition before used.
2) Do not switch on the power supply with a wet hand.
3) Wear protective equipment such as gloves.
