I am Jennifer A. Ybanez, ADAS-II of Rizal National High School. I am writing this letter to

needing the document for a salary loan I`ve applied in Enterprise Bank, Inc. because I am in
need of money for our house construction. Rest assured this will not be used that might be
detrimental to agency’s existence.
