INFORMATION

The undersigned accuses Dave Fronda y Pedritos of the crime of Robbery with

Homicide committed as follows:

That at around 12:00 o clock in the morning of August 28,

2020, at Bonuan, Binloc, Dagupan City, Pangasinan and within the

jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above-named accused, with

intent to gain and by means and force and violence, with the use of

bladed weapon, did then and there willfully and feloniously take and

steal one (1) I Phone 12 Pro Max, and cash amounting to P47,530,

belonging to the deceased-victim Sam Solamillos, after an

altercation ensued between the deceased-victim and the accused,

inflicting upon her “Multiple stab wounds” which resulted to his

death, to the damage and prejudice of his heirs.


CONTRARY to Article 294, paragraph 1 of the Revised Penal Code, as amended

by Republic Act No. 7659.
