Click on start menu


2. type "CMD" in search box ,right click on cmd and run it as administrator and press
enter. If cmd is asking for password then follow the below step to run command prompt
as administrator .

Cmd will open as shown below.

NOTE:- cmd should run as administrator otherwise you will not have full access to
cmd .If you want to run the cmd as adminstrator. click ok when it is asking for admin
password. you will logged in as administrator and command prompt will open .

3. Type " net user " in the cmd and press enter
You will see all accounts ,choose an account of which you want to change the
password . If you are choosing admin password .you have to be very careful about
this . You can choose other account to change the for your knowledge purpose.But i
am using only one account so i am choosing admin password . For changing password
type the following command in the cmd .>> net user admin * and press enter. You will
see it is asking for new password .

Type your administrator password very carefully. Here you will not able to see your
password .So do not worry about this your password is typed got typed in the
background .This is only for secuirty purpose is not visible to us . press enter type the
same password with full confidence and press enter to confirm it . you will see in cmd
>>> your password saved successfully .Now you have to login to admin account

4. Now close the command prompt and restart your computer as admin login window
appears type admin password that you have typed in cmd and press enter .Now you
are logged in .
