SON Plug and Play Feature
• SON Plug and Play automates the BTS network integration.
• SON Plug and Play downloads all needed data like SW upgrades and initial
parameter configuration  from NetAct and makes BTS up and running in
minutes.
• The SON Plug and Play uses in the process minimal human interaction
eliminating the possibility for errors and cutting costs as engineers need to
spend less time on site.

The steps of SON Plug and Play process

• Auto-connection: Flexi Multiradio BTS self detects IP network, identity,
location and parameters, connects to NetAct and carries out self-configuration.
• Auto-configuration: NetAct assigns initial parameter values and
downloads automatically configuration data and SW builds to Flexi Multiradio BTS
