Responsibilities\Duties:

 DATA Network surveillance/monitoring at NOC 24Hours & 7 days a week and follow-up all faults.
 Level1 Fault handling & troubleshooting with clients, other NOCs, Field engineer etc.,
 Provide advice on technical & operational issues related to trouble scenarios & urgent temporary
solutions to recover the outages.
 Follow escalation procedure and open TT with L2 Support.
 Operational and maintenance of Cisco CRS-1,12xxx,76xx,72xx series Router& ME 34xx,28xx Switches
