BAC Resolution LCRB and Recommending Approval

WHEREAS, the Supply Officer, through the School Head of JZSES, Maureen Rañola-Bueno, requested for the
purchase of RFID CARD WITH PRINTING (BACK AND FRONT).

WHEREAS, in compliance with R.A 9184, Article XVI, Section 52., Alternative Methods of Procurement, the
School resorted to shopping of prices from 3 bonafide suppliers namely:
1. WISHBONE INTERNET SERVICES
2. MIXED AND PRINTS
3. NHEMS GENERAL MERCHANDISE

WHEREAS, three suppliers quoted their prices, of which the lowest is TWENTY ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED
PESOS ONLY (Php 21, 600.00)

WHEREAS, upon validation and verification with regard to the capacity of the lowest supplier, the Bids and Awards
Committee found it to be responsive;

NOW, THEREFORE, We the Members of the Bids and Awards Committee, hereby RESOLVE as it is hereby
RESOLVED:

a) WISHBONE INTERNET SERVICES as the Bidder with the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid To
purchase RFID CARD WITH PRINTING(FRONT AND BACK)
b) To recommend for approval by the School Head of JZSES the foregoing findings.

RESOLVED, at JZSES, this 13TH day of APRIL, 2021.
