Receptionist : “Hello, good morning, Panda Hotel, may I know who is speaking?”
Guest : “I'd like to know if it's possible for me to move to a different room?”
Guest : “I had a room near the garden before, but I dont like the view And I
want to change into a room facing to the beach that very close to public
beach with local activities. And also, I want to complain about the air
conditioner is not cold, the shower is in trouble and beside that, the man in
the next room are too noisy, I can’t enjoy my holiday if there are many
problems in this room. Can I change the room please?”
Receptionist : “I do apologize for that Mrs. However we charge extra 10 dollars for room
request Mrs, is it okay?”
Guest : “Yes it’s okay”
Receptionist : “Let me check our room availability. Please wait for a minute Mrs.”
Guest : “Yes, Please.”
Receptionist : “Thank you for waiting Mrs, the room facing to the beach is still available
for you, however the room facing to the beach a bit far from reception desk
Mrs. Is it okay for you?”
Guest : “Yes, no problem.”
Receptionist : “Well Mrs Allice please wait a moment, our bellboy will bring the key for
your new room and guide you to the new room.”
Guest : “Okay, I’ll wait, thank you for the response. By the way is there a free
shuttle bus to the reception?”
Receptionist : “Yes there is free shuttle bus to the reception Mrs”
Guest : “May I know when is it usually time to change the bed cover?”
Receptionist : “Usually we change the bed cover every two days Mrs”
Guest : “Okay, is there any SPA and Sport Center in the hotel ? I want to
relax my body in the SPA and do exercise in the morning.”
Receptionist : “Yes Mrs, we have SPA open from 7.00 am – 6 pm every day and also
we have a gym free for our guests, it will be available from 6.00 am – 9.00
pm every day, and it is located near the swimming pool Mrs.”
Guest : “Alright, thanks for the information I really appreciate this service.”
Receptionist : “It’s our job to make guests comfortable staying here. Thank you for your”
