New customers of Lido Flight receive an initial set of user documentation

User
corresponding to the purchased functions listed in the contract.
Documentation of
In addition to that all customers may download additional or updated
Lido Flight
documents via the Lido Customer Service Portal.
The user documentation consists of different documentation types. It is
designed to provide specialized product information for Lido Flight modules
and functions, as well as technical descriptions for IT staff.
For specialized audience the user documentation is based on the following
prerequisites and settings:
 English language proficiency
 Dispatch and airline operations knowledge/license
 Suitable qualification in standard software applications
 Completed standard training courses performed by
Lufthansa Systems as follows:
o Basic Course
o Data Maintenance
o Flight Planning
These standard training courses teach knowledge about the basic
maintenance user interfaces and give a detailed overview of procedures
and processes for maintaining data. Settings affecting flight plan
calculations are explained and effective usage is trained. On customer
request additionally customized trainings can be provided.

Index Card Labels beside the index card label, to inform the user that on this card there is
something irregular. For error and/or warning decorators a message can be
displayed additionally in the information line on top of the window, or as
pop-up message. Error decorators on an index card need to be solved prior
to continuing.
If there are several decorators displayed on an index card, only one
decorator – the highest in sequence - is displayed beside the index card
label. The sequence is from top down: error, warning, information.
The following sample screenshot illustrates the decorator relations.
