Since we cannot go outside due to the pandemic, I have laid out plans to keep myself

phones and laptops and other gadgets. I meditated at times, performed exercises such as: sit

Muscular Endurance and Muscular strength is as important as Cardiovascular
endurance. Because Cardiovascular endurance is the ability of your lungs and heart to fuel
your body with oxygen. Muscular endurance as well as Muscular strength is the ability of
your muscles to work simultaneously without getting tired. So these three components are
essential in exercising, it tests how your body will be able to withstand to trainings.
