Course Title: CE 425 (Building Design II)
Course Credits: 2 units (1 unit Lecture & 1 unit Laboratory) Contact Hours/Week: 4
Course Description: The study of the plumbing code, fire code and electrical code of the Philippines, its interpretation and application in
building design and construction.
Prerequisite: Building Design I
Course Learning At the end of this course, the students should be able to:

3. Differentiate different electrical and construction materials, and
4. Understand actual plumbing and electrical layout.
