Benefits of MS Teams:
Question # 01:
Analyze the given cluster which elaborates the benefits of using MS Teams. Illustrate your ideas
by composing a paragraph on each of the benefits as you see in the circles. Use your own words.

MS Teams:
Meetings in Teams makes that experience so much easier. As soon as you create the meeting, you can
start chatting with the participants, share the files. You can even check who those unknown people are
that have been invited. If u started the meeting u record your meeting. the recording of the meeting is
immediately available in the meeting chat. If u missed the meeting u do not worry the recording if
meeting is available in chat. U create the Groups in MS teams. We need to stay connected anytime,
anywhere.
 Online Meeting in MS Teams:
Microsoft Teams has a feature which allows you to schedule and create meetings and all the
members of the team channel can join the meeting for that time that u created a meeting in
actual time. interactive sessions that take place over the internet using integrated audio, video
and text chat. They offer a way to engage students in fully interactive, online learning
experiences such as lectures, student queries.
 Online Video Calls:
Online video calls are a modern telecommunication technology which allows two or more users
at different locations to interact with each other using a two-way video and audio channel
simultaneously.  Each user needs Computer, Mobile, Laptop, webcam, microphone. internet
connections very important for participation in online video call. Users see and hear each other
in real-time like conversation between them. Microsoft also allows two-way video and audio
transmissions with a large number of users simultaneously. A stable internet connection and MS
Teams can participate in online video calls. Students and Teachers can organize one on one as
well as a class wide online video call for lectures and queries. In short, online video calls has
been a life saver tool during the current situation.
 Recorded Videos:
In MS Team there are two form of recorded videos one is that when teacher start meeting and
start giving the lecture to student, teacher should start recording because when if some student
faces any issue they can clear it by recorded video of that lecture. Second form is teacher record
lecture individually and then upload it on MS Team so every student take there lecture
individually. These features have been very helpful specially in the field of education where
teachers can simply upload their recorded lectures for the students and clear queries regarding
the topic at hand. For further clarification, teachers can always organize meetings and video
calls.
 Virtual Classrooms:
A virtual classroom is a digital learning environment that allows teacher and student to connect
online any time. In virtual classrooms teacher can Conway your lecture to student through
1. Screen sharing.
2. Video lectures.

A virtual classroom refers to an online system that allows students and teachers to


communicate with each other. They are highly customizable and are accessible to users on a variety of
devices, like smartphones, tablets and laptops. A virtual classroom is an interactive teaching and
learning environment. Virtual classrooms are much like real classrooms where students and teachers
can interact and engage in productive activities and lectures but through an online medium. Teachers
can deliver lectures, organize quizzes and give assignments, conduct examinations, share topic relevant
pdf files and documents and much more.

As MS Teams allows for an organizer to create a team channel with a large number of users,
that team created by a teacher can act as a virtual classroom.

In virtual classroom student can learn their lecture and see your notes in anytime and anyplace. Virtual
classroom can essay the life of student for study.
