Provide a scoping of the Grow Management Consultants Sustainability Policy and Procedure,
including a list of headings to be included and a brief description of each heading.

The learnings from this report are enormous because sustainability is present in all spheres of
life and provide guidance to make the processes worth living. In reference to business,
sustainability is another tool that supersedes are business strategies and plans because business
cannot go long way with promoting sustainable development objectives. Having said that, the
idea of sustainability come up with some cost and sacrifices from business and do not take the
easy route. Businesses have the challenges like extraction of sustainable value chain, cost-
benefit factors and so on. Sustainability help business to gain proactive edge against their rivals
and are successful to overcome business challenges. With the sustainability present in every
process, business now have started to look beyond the profit factors and are more keep towards
the economic value of their business. The use of resources should be limited to need basis and
no privilege should be allowed at the cost of environment. The business should look into the
strategic tools available in the market and incorporate their practices for the progress of
sustainable development and minimized the negative social impacts (or put emphasis on
accelerating the positive environmental impacts)
