Which of your Signature Themes describe you best?

The best signature theme that describes me is adaptability. I have always noticed it to be a

strength of mine, I have always made a point to put myself in different situations, and it has given me a

lot of insight. In addition to that, it helps me adapt to my environment and read the room to see the

situation and fill in my place. I always worked on this because I saw it to be essential for my “body’s

functioning model” to work. I had to be adaptable and be able to jump around in situation and being very

smooth or creative about it. Through error and trial, I found what worked for me and I continued to

develop my skill. Another practice I used to help me in developing my adaptability was the many

different jobs I have worked. I used my different experiences to mold my free thought process, when I

jump into a different situation, I can scan the room and generate new fluid thoughts depending on the

environment.

Which of your Signature Themes do you use most frequently?

In recent years, I have started to use more of the Woo theme. With me going into the business

world, I found that I should have a strength to connect to people and enjoy meeting new people. I have

gone out of my way to speak to people and connect on so many different aspects. I think this will help me

to network in the real world because it will make it easy to make good impressions as well. Winning them

over is a plus but my main point is to always leave a good impression so that its health for the network

relationship.

Were you surprised by anything in the report?

I was surprised to see the Includer theme in my report. I tend to involve everyone in a group

setting but I did not think it was some strength of mine. I was a quiet and shy person so I can place myself

in those people’s shoes. I always found it easier when someone spoke directly to me since group settings
were more awkward. If I see someone being quiet I think of myself and speak directly to them. In hopes

of helping them break out of their shell.

Based on these themes, which careers seem most interesting and attractive to you?

I would still say the business world is the most interesting and attractive because I get to use so

many of my skills/themes in the workplace. Through the years, I’ll only get to hone my themes even

more.

In what career would you be able to best use your greatest talents?

A career in finance would help me to utilize all of my themes so that they are well rounded since I

like to be balanced. My strategic and adaptability will help me out the most due to the competitive

environment. My love of math is just the icing on top. My restorative theme will be a great aid in helping

me solve problems when they arise. Being able to analyze the problem and figure out where the fault lies

and then finally resolving it.
