We are one of the leading online RTA ( Registered Transfer Agent) hiring Team Leader for our MF Contact Center.

Job Description:
Managing team of 15-20 agents
Maintain client con dentiality
Meeting target number of outbound calls and call monitoring as required from the team members
Getting the report from the team members in a timely manner.
Drive sales with a view to ensuring that sales targets are met individually and also the team members
Familiarity with standard capital market concepts, procedures and regulatory framework
Providing adequate training for the team members.
Professional Skills:
Previous experience in a call centeris mandatory.
People Management Skills required.
Good knowledge of MS O ce Package.
Strong communication skills - convey information effectively.
Experience & Educational Quali cation:
Graduation is Mandatory.
Minimum of 1 plus year of experience in team handling.
Preferably Mutual Funds if not Banking experience in customer service or any BFSI contact center.
