 Does your plan contain a sequence of logical steps? Is the use of resources explained clearly?

 Our plan did contain a sequence of steps which proved vital, the table includes a clear
procedure and a criterion of success. We evaluated and showed what steps were required to
formulate our product.  We also showcase what ideas we had which resulted into our
developed idea. We used numerous logical clear steps with a clear reasoning behind each.
Our steps show our progression to reach the final stage ‘submission’, it provides a logical
explanation of how we reached there and our precautions along with it.  Within our
developing ideas section, we had an array of numerous different sources of information which
therefore led to creating the solution. We did explain the use of resources with detail and
explained them clearly.


 Have you made sure you have enough time to complete your product?

We have indeed made and left ourselves an adequate amount of time to complete our product.
This term we focused on time management, which is a very crucial aspect, we did this
 through allocating deadlines. Also, to help and improve with our time management skills we
set reasonable goals each week along with wisely prioritising the important aspects. We also
planned to make sure we were up to date. Time management was one of the main self-
reflection factors to which we needed to improve on. Thus is the reason why we made sure
that we had an adequate amount of time to check and revise over our work, by doing so it
allows us to not have any complications nor problems in future.

 Have you given time for practising or learning a new skill?

We have given time for practising and learning new skills during completing our task. Since
we had a long amount of time, we used it to our advantage by setting us each an amount of
time to grow in some skills and develop in others. We had sufficient time to develop and
practise a set of new skills that would help us formulate our product. We had the time due to
being able set deadlines each week to make sure we were up to date. If we could not complete
all the allocated work in class, we set it evenly throughout the week. We learn an array of
numerous different skills which had strong positive impacts on our product

 Have you allowed extra time in case something goes wrong?

We have allowed extra time in case an issue arises, or something goes wrong. We have
provided extra time periods just in case if anything doesn’t go as we planned, we would have
the chance to change and edit things. We allowed extra time by trying to complete things
relatively fast. We set deadlines to make sure we have completed our week's work. 

 Have you considered alternative ways of creating the solution?

We   have   considered multiple alternative ways to create a solution whether it be via wix  or
through Weebly. We had planned many alternative ways for creating a  solution however
after narrowing  down our choices we  decided  on our favourite  route to  creating the
solution. We have added a lot of sources and referencing different images that are related to
our chosen topic.

 Have you planned for testing at appropriate times in the manufacturing process?

We have planned for testing at appropriate times in the manufacturing process. 

Both of us were planned and organised with our assigned task and what we
needed to do. Thus allowing it to become easy and making it effortless to
continue with  the  creating the solution task and finishing the task on time.

The search bar:

I have changed the component of using the search bar because instead of using
the search bar I have made the pages clear and distinctly outlined what
information will  be present in each paragraph and body of text. A search  bar
will be highly damaging because  it will make our website messy and due to the
minimal time,  we had it  was very  hard  to make a search bar.

The blog component:

Even  though the blog component was a good idea theoretically it didn't fit in
with our aesthetics. We also believed that due to our  lack of time and our usual
busyness we would have no time to check the website. Instead of the blog we
made a dedicated  contact  page,  in which people who have questions write 
their  email and what questions they have. Thus, making it easier for us so that
we can surely get back to them quickly and less complicated to the audience.

The facts and statistics component:

In the facts and statistics component, we changed our initial thought of just
adding photos and visual statistics. Instead, we used both visual and textual
components/statistics/facts to the page. We did this because we thought that it
suited the website better and gave it a more professional look and outcome. We
also added a component underneath the statistics. This component lists places to
donate to the cause (ocean conservation) and eradicate our problem. We did this
so that the client/audience /customer even though they may not be able to 
donate  to our website/organization, they can donate to very credible
organizations and funds  that  will definitely help with our cause and help
eradicate our problem as well.
