Ugoy ng Duyan is a “kundiman” lullaby for expressing how much a
mother love their child so much. This is Lucio’s masterpiece that is
always be remembered.

DANCE
Maglalatik is an indegenous dance came from biñan,laguna in which half
coconut shells that are attached into dancers. They do this dance because it is
shown that they will payed the patron saint in their town using this dance and
also impress their audiences.

THEATER
The Martyrdom of Rizal Mural, done in 1960 is one of the best
known work of Carlos “Botong” V. Francisco, Philippine National
Artist for Visual Arts in 1973. Francisco is best known for his
landmark murals depicting some of the Philippine historical events.

FILMS
This is the first film of Eric de Guia or also known as
“Kidlat Tahimik”. it focuses on one family’s traditional
occupation making paper- mache animals and it is base in
realistic happenings.
