E-Change Of Name

A Taxpayer who intends to E-Change of Name for the following Nature can apply
through Online.

1. Classification of e-Change of name Details

2. Application Fee

Please refer the Application Fee on Application form.

Application fee Rs. 1500 /- (MCF – Rs. 500/-, AF- Rs. 1,000/-) for general application
i.e disposed off application within 30 days.

Note: Application Fees will be collected at the time of Submission of Application Form
for E-Change of Name.

1. Application/Processing Fees - will be collected at the time of


Submission of Application Form for E-Change of Name

2. Transaction Charges - These charges will be collected at the time of


Submission of Application Form and the charges will be depending on the
size of transaction (Application fee).

Rs. 3/- for the Application fee Rs. 150 /-

 Documents are to be Submitted for Obtaining E-Change of Name

 Document size must be less than 2MB

 Nature of e-change of name : Transfer on account of Sale Deed

1 Copy of valid instrument (s) of transfer - deed of such
transfer must be duly stamped and registered. Transfer duty
on such stamp duty must have been paid
