2. In connection with the above subject, submitted is the After Activity Report of this station
with pictures and corresponding captions in relation to a shooting incident that transpired at 11:00
PM of May 25, 2021 at No.22 Legarda St., Sampaloc, Manila.

3. That at four o’clock in the afternoon of June 2, 2021, Sampaloc MPS, led by PLTCOL
REYNALDO O DE GUZMAN, Station Commander conducted press conference with the media
and presented the suspect Paterno Esteban Ruiz accompanied by his lawyer for relative to the
shooting incident that transpired at 11:00 PM of May 25, 2021 at No.22 Legarda St., Sampaloc,
Manila which resulted to the death of the victim Pedro Santos Pendoko.

4. The activity started from 4:00 P.M and ended at 5:30 P.M. Several questions were
raised by the media and were answered by concerned personnel of this station.

5. The suspect was brought back to the station’s custodial facility thereafter.
