TITLE: The School Curriculum and the Teacher

As a learner Curriculum means essential, precious, meaningful and significant. Because


Curriculum contributes to thinking skills, creativity and the acquisition of relevant knowledge
that is applicable to our daily life and careers. It also supports each of those teachers and students
personal development by enhancing their self-respect, confidence, motivation and aspiration for
all the teachers, students and future educators like me. The Curriculum is one of the most
important in School it informs teachers what skills must be taught to each grade level to
ultimately prepare students for education or job. Absolutely the curriculum is the heart of
teaching because it is a guide for the teacher on how they will be able to handle the credible and
reliable subject matter. However school the curriculum allows conducting an authentic learning
that contains on the high quality of teaching learning strategies, styles, learning materials and
proper way of assessment.

As aspiring future educator this very informative lesson that talks on the several types of
curriculum, I definitely understand the significant value of school curriculum and learned how
important curriculum should value as a future teacher. It is my guiding light to lead my future
students and learners to the essentials that they should learn. Through curriculum, I can know
when to give them a certain lesson, when to let them have the test and exams and I can know
when to give them practical evaluations. These lessons are very important to know and
understand because it contains informative information’s.
