GADTimpala-Annexes Scoring System

The document describes a scoring system for evaluating gender responsive government agencies and programs. It includes four categories for agencies: policies, people, enabling mechanisms, and programs/activities/projects. Each category contains 5 elements that are scored from 1 to 5 points, with the total possible score being 100 points. It also establishes corresponding level descriptions based on the total score. For programs, it provides methods for converting scores from an existing Gender and Development Guideline into percentage scores, including considerations for project design/planning and impact assessments. Finally, it includes an annex with a template for an agency's gender mainstreaming profile collecting general information, details on gender focal points, GAD policies, and capacity building activities.
