GGPS URS Samoon was found closed, and one teacher's filled leave form was missing dates while another listed teacher was not actually working there.

Subject: FIELD VISITS OF MONITORING ASSISTANT (M&E), DISTRICT


TANDO MUHAMMAD KHAN.

It is submitted that on Tuesday, 19th December, 2020, the undersigned visited Two
(02) schools to monitor the functioning of Schools and implementation of Covid-19 SOPs as per
latest guidelines.

2. The observations is submitted hereunder:

(1) GBPS URS SAMOON (425010050)

Observations:
a) As per Muster Roll, there are two teaching staff working on this school that is also
reflected on the online Biometric Checker and both found present at the time of visit;
b) Students are asked to visit school on alternative days to get the home-work on routine
format basis; no initiative was taken to ensure distance or online learning as the
students lack the facility of internet and other required electronic gadgets;
c) School, declared as high-enrollment and model school, were under construction in Sindh
Sanwaro School Sudharo (4S) scheme, but the contractor had left the building unfinished;
d) The School Management Committee (SMC) fund is functional, but it is not being
utilized. As per HM, Brother of deceased SMC chairman is blackmailing teachers to
get SMC released and give him free will to use it according to his wish. There was
serious misappropriation of SMC fund in past by then supervisor along with SMC
chairaman as well;
e) COVID- 19 SOPs were not being followed by the Teacher along with available
students. Neither Teacher nor Students found wearing the mask; social distance was
also not maintained nor cleanliness and disinfection of classrooms was done.

(2) GGPS URS SAMOON (425010087)

This School functions in the premises of 425010050 and was found closed. The teacher named
Asma Baby PST (10812722) placed the filled leave without mentioning the date; whereas
another teacher in Biometric named Hussna Bano PST (10432425) is not working on this
School.
