notice. Kindly coordinate with your TM using IM in the system and copy/paste this message to your
direct Supervisor. (Log in to your account - lower right - green icon - search for your Supervisor's name)

"Good day! I am Eudolfo, I was interviewed by RS Fatima and was endorsed to you for the next phase of
the assessment. Kindly accept my contact request. Thank you.”

Your Direct Supervisor will send you the next set of instruction for the whole application process.

INSTRUCTION TO YOUR TRAINER: Kindly add your Process Trainer via IM in the system and copy/paste
this message to your Trainer. (Log in to your account - lower right - green icon - search for your Trainer's
name)Your Trainer will schedule your training. Training schedule on the website is NOT your final
schedule. Wait for your trainer's instruction.

KINDLY READ AND UNDERSTAND THE STEPS BELOW

Step 1: Process training and pre-demo, which help you get familiar with our system, rules, tools and
basic teaching skills. Please keep contact with your trainer. The trainer will help you schedule training
and demo. (If you need to be reschedule, please inform your trainer in advance.)

Step 2: Demo, in which you will take 25 mins class with a Chinese student. And you will be evaluated
based on your performance in this demo class.

Step 3:

A. Acadsoc offers FREE TESOL Training


B. the TESOL takes around 6 days to finish, for the quicker learners the TESOL training can be done
within 1 day. So make sure you have time to finish after passing demo.

C. Find TESOL Instruction If you passed d Step 2, please wait for 24 hour and then check the Notice inbox
on your Tutor Page, find the message called "TESOL Exam Log-In & Instructions" which is sent to you
daily. It contains the TESOL exam link, the username and password you need.

D. Log In onto TESOL WebsiteReading the training kit, finish the tests. (Being familiar with all the rules
will help you have a better understanding of Acadsoc, get more classes and avoid
deduction/penalities.)If not finished by the set date, Acadsoc will not offer another free chance and you
have to pay the test by yourself offline. Let's try our best to avoid it!

SPECIAL REMINDER!● please make sure that the laptop/desktop you submitted which passed the
computer benchmark score is the one you will be using for tutoring or teaching. Management are strict
with this and they will be checking it aswell, if incase they noticed that its a different laptop/desktop
from what you sent, then they can forfeit or terminate your application . Thanks

NOTE: Kindly coordinate training schedule with your trainer. Please disregard the training schedule on
your account not unless the trainer has approved the said date. If your trainer changes the date of your
training, follow your trainers instruction. DO NOT change it on the system. ADD your trainer through
ZOOM.
