Sewing Thread Process Flow Chart

The sewing thread production process begins when a marketing order is received from a customer and transferred to the ERP system. The ERP team then checks the price and gets approval from marketing. If approved, the OM team enters the order into ERP and the ODM team completes the order details. A production order is then created and a sample is made and submitted for approval. If approved, yarn is dyed or not and a production plan is made. Thread is then re-coned to the required length and delivered upon creating a delivery challan.
